These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations and stays at Ivy Park Resort, located at Panchgani Mahabaleshwar.
By making a reservation or checking in, guests agree to comply with these terms.
2. Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a confirmation is received.
A Payment confirmation and ID prof is required to secure the booking.Group bookings more than 4 rooms may be subject to different terms and prepayment requirements.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is from 10 am on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is by 10 am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date to avoid charges.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged [e.g., one night's stay or full reservation amount].
Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds or date changes.
5. Payments
Payment is due upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept Cash, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking.
A security deposit may be required at check-in, refundable upon check-out subject to room inspection.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must present valid photo ID and an Advance payment upon check-in.
Guests must not disturb other guests or engage in unlawful or disruptive behaviour.
Smoking is [not allowed/only allowed in designated areas]. A cleaning fee will apply for violations.
No pets are allowed unless the hotel is pet-friendly (please confirm before arrival).
7. Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
Use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s .
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property.
8. Privacy
Guest information is collected and used in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].By booking, guests consent to the processing of their personal data for reservation and service purposes
9. Force Majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Maharashtra/India Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Satara].
